The Georgian Bay shoreline near Killarney displays vast expanses of open sky and water. However, on this summer canoe trip what captured my attention most were the endless shapes and patterns formed by the lichens on the primeval rocks. It was like imagining shapes in the clouds. Strength and balance will be found on these rocks.
